Banana Coconut Lime Mini Loaf

Our homemade Banana Coconut Lime dessert loaf is a unique twist on normal banana bread.  Filled with ripe bananas, toasted coconut, and topped with a fantastic lime glaze, this bread would make a great breakfast or a wonderful quick snack.
